Why a new chat starts empty
Each AI tool keeps its own history. ChatGPT’s memory stays in ChatGPT, and Claude’s projects stay in Claude. Moving between them usually means copying the conversation, trimming it and explaining the background again, and the new answer can still miss a rule you set an hour ago.
How to carry it across
- Add Seturos to Chrome and sign in at app.seturos.com.
- In ChatGPT, type #/carry in the message box. Seturos saves a short brief of the conversation: what was decided, what is still open, and the rules you set.
- Open Claude and type #/resume. Seturos attaches the brief as a file Claude can read, or pastes a short summary where a tool can’t take files, and Claude continues from there.

What travels, and what stays put
- Decisions, open questions and rules, written as a brief, with the conversation behind it so the next tool can check.
- Nothing you didn’t carry. The extension reads a conversation when you carry it, or while you follow a project.
- No keys. API keys, tokens and connection strings are removed before anything is stored.
- Yours alone, unless you follow a project: then its members see what you carry, and nobody else does.

Questions
Do I need an API key?
No. Carrying and resuming work without a model key. Add your own key and the briefs get better; any model cost goes to your provider, never through Seturos.
Does Seturos read all my chats?
No. The extension reads a conversation when you carry it, or while you follow a project. Otherwise it only knows which tool you are in.
Does it work from Claude back to ChatGPT?
Yes. Carry in any supported chat tool and resume in any other, in either direction.
What does it cost?
